7-Day Breath Revamp
Sometimes our body needs a jolt of electricity to get it back up and running again. This 7-day intensive 1-on-1 online breath training will do just that. You'll learn what kind of a breather you are, and how it might be negatively affecting your energy, focus, mood and sleep. We'll practice the best breathing exercises for re-aligning your body and pushing out any stuck energy. The Revamp is designed for someone who wants to jump into breathwork quickly. We'll meet every day for 7 days straight so that breathwork will be cemented into your routine by the week's end and you won't remember what life was like before this amazing practice.
