  • What kind of breathwork does Reconnect use?
    Reconnect is a combination of modern functional breathing practices, pranayama, and ancient techniques. The exercises in Reconnect are designed to realign your body into functional breathing patterns while teaching you to use your breath to release stress/anxiety and increase relaxation. The course is divided into 3 parts: Form, Speed, and Holds. Each part dives into specific details on how to improve a specific aspect of breathing in your life, why it's important to your physical and mental health, and how you can correct any potential dysfunctions that might be hindering other areas of your health.
  • Who is the instructor?
    You will be guided by the founder of Reconnect, Kevin Connelly. Kevin holds multiple breathwork certifications from organizations like the Oxygen Advantage, The Whole Health Project, and Peak Flow. He has led hundreds of breathing sessions, worked 1-on-1 with clients, and facilitated workshops, trainings, and corporate events. Kevin also studied with breath expert and New York Times best selling author James Nestor.
  • Is Reconnect scientifically-backed?
