Kevin is an author, researcher, and wilderness first responder who has traveled to the far corners of the world studying and documenting about breath.
Blending science-backed tools, experimentation, and ancient traditions, he creates an environment that allows his students and participants to journey to new and exciting places in their body and mind.
He has led expeditions through more than a dozen countries on four continents and continues to explore with those who feel the call to the venture into the unknown.
Kevin is currently conducting heart rate variability and brain wave studies to determine the most practical breath exercises for anxiety, insomnia, addiction, and depression.
