Have you ever experienced altitude sickness, high-altitude pulmonary edema (HAPE), or high-altitude cerebral edema (HACE)? If yes, please describe when and how severe.

Are you currently taking any medications, or do you have any conditions that could be affected by intensive breathwork practice (including seizure disorders, uncontrolled hypertension, glaucoma, recent surgery, pregnancy?
